Francis Bonaldo has been practicing herbalism for almost 20 years. He specialises in pulse evaluation and is author of ”Pulse Evaluation in Traditional Western Herbalism; a conversation”, with co-authors Matthew Wood and Phyllis Light. He wildcrafts over a hundred different plants from the forests of north-eastern america for his practice. He has taught many courses on herbalism and pulse evaluation over the years, these ancestral practices being both a passion and vocation for him. He completed a traditional apprenticeship with Lise Wolff, M. Sc. (herbalist), as well as advanced studies with Matthew Wood, M. Sc. (herbalist).
Francis holds a masters degree in science in acupuncture and oriental medicine from AAAOM, Minnesota,, USA. He has been a continuing education teacher with NCCAOM. He was also on the faculty of the Acupuncture department at Rosemont College (Montreal, Canada) from 2011-2015.
